Staybridge Suites Nashville SE - Murfreesboro, an IHG Hotel, has far exceeded my expectations for a hotel room. 1. STAFF-We were warmly greeted when we arrived(I wish I could remember her name). She even went above and beyond. She asked if we were reward members, and I did not know. She said she would check later (a line was forming behind us). She did, and we were not members. She signed us up to get the points for this stay! The rest of the staff was delightful during our stay! 2. CLEANINESS-Everything was so clean. I have an immunity disorder, so I always wipe down our room (we had a room with a kitchen) with Norwex cloths. The room appeared very clean (inside cabinets and all), with no dust! The breakfast area was spotless, and tables were wiped off after someone had finished. The pool area was always swept, and the pool's side was scrubbed with a rubber broom every morning. 3. POOL-I told you how clean they kept it. They tested the water every morning I was there. There were plenty of soft, thick towels. The lounge chairs were comfortable and adjustable. They had several of those. There were two tables with umbrellas and four chairs. The depth of the water was 3 feet at one end and went to 5 feet to the other end. Around the pool was lovely outdoor tile (It is an outdoor pool) that is NOT slippery when wet. 4. BREAKFAST-The food was plentiful, hot, and delicious. They had a variety to choose from cold or hot cereals (cold or oatmeal packets), bread, bagels, scones, eggs (scrambled or fried and hard-boiled), starch (biscuits one day and potato coins on the other day), fresh fruit, juice, and individual milk containers. Everything was always kept fresh and wiped up. 5. HAPPY HOUR -They only have it on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. It was very nice for a hotel to have this little bonus. They had two beers on tap (one was a local and VERY tasty). The first night, they had waffles, chicken nuggets, and fresh-cut seasonal fruit.

Everything was awesome besides the breakfast. Which I left a real good in detail review on the other review. I personally feel like there should have been more choices for us to choose from, especially for the price for a one night stay. They only offered a waffle that was loaded with peppers and cheese. Bacon that was in crumbles and small bite-sized hashbrowns. Of course, they had cereal, toast, and other breads. I chose a waffle cooking it was fine. But I chose the regular syrup, and it didn't taste good. They had super free as well, but maybe they mixed them up. I don't know. Other than that, the room was awesome!! The bed was so comfortable, Kitchen sick also did not work. I would recommend and stay again but will tell about breakfast and I will go eat breakfast.

Breakfast was well stocked and maintained. Our group of 9 particularly enjoyed the cheese omelets. Sascha who managed the front desk and customer service during our stay was fabulously attentive, kind and accommodated every request. She made the entire group feel welcomed and at home.
